Hazelnut dragees: whole Piedmont hazelnuts roasted and caramelised in the traditional way, then coated with a hazelnut and almond gianduja and sprinkled with a fine layer of cocoa powder. The Piedmont hazelnut "Tonda Genile delle Langhe" is an exceptional hazelnut considered the best in the world. It is generous and crunchy and has a concentrated fragrance of essential oils characteristic of the region in which it is harvested.

Almond dragees: whole almonds roasted and caramelised in the traditional way, then coated with a hazelnut and almond gianduja and sprinkled with a fine layer of cocoa powder. These high-quality, low-fat almonds are highly appreciated for their sweet flavour and crunchy texture. The roasting of the almonds by our craftsmen in our workshop gives the almonds light coffee notes.

Milk Chocolate Rochers: almonds roasted the old fashioned way, slivered and coated with our homemade milk chocolate made from Sao Tomé beans. These high quality almonds are low in fat and highly appreciated for their sweet flavour and crunchy texture. The roasting of the almonds by our craftsmen in our workshop gives the almonds light coffee notes.

Milk chocolate crisps: thin sheets of crunchy nougatine with flaked almonds and their sweet butter caramel, coated with our homemade milk chocolate made from Sao Tomé beans.
