Pierre Marcolini reinterprets the traditional marshmallow bear through an irresistible panda version. A thin dark chocolate shell, crafted from a grand cru Madagascar cocoa with fruity, lightly tangy notes, holds a light, melting vanilla marshmallow. The crunch of the chocolate quickly gives way to the softness of the marshmallow heart, for a tasting experience full of contrast, generous and indulgent.
