*For the best experience, we recommend consuming it as soon as possible and following the tasting advice to enjoy its full smoothness.

Evoking the elegance of the 1930s, this sculptural log by Pierre Marcolini combines Art Deco design and exceptional craftsmanship.
A result of the combined expertise of our chocolatiers and pastry chefs, it features a dark chocolate structure studded with six individual log portions comprised of a lightly smoked cashew?speculoos biscuit, airy cocoa flower chocolate mousse (blended from three grand crus), cinnamon brûlée cream with a hint of Sichuan pepper for surprising freshness, and a small crunchy smoky cashew nugget.
An unparalleled tasting experience, blending refinement and emotion.
