Very delicious ice-cream

Burt was so lovely during our time here :)

Burt is the best person ever

A great Marconi store and great staff Burt

Delicious chocolates ! Very friendly and knowledgeable associate.

If you are a macaron or chocolate lover, this is a place you must try. Their style is artisanal and minimalist, focusing on sourcing high quality ingredients directly from producers, which results in an incredible variety of deep, authentic flavors. You can really taste the Belgian craftsmanship in every bite. The shop on Marylebone High Street is beautiful and sleek, and the service is top notch always professional and helpful in explaining the different flavor profiles. It’s the perfect sophisticated stop while walking around the neighborhood. Highly recommended if you want to treat yourself to a sweet experience that feels truly premium and unique!

Aside from the very rude customer service the hot chocolate is Amazing and the variety and quality of chocolates really great

Great treats

Very delicious macaron

Excellent experience for a delivery. Very polite and helpful staff, I should have asked for their name. Great quality for the macarons

Pleasantly serviced

One of the best ice creams you have ever tried, including me 🍧

Just a quick review, I visited this place yesterday (saturday) As I stroll around Marylebone village, Their Christmas display attracted me. It was busy when I came, but the sales did not disappoint me as they reassure everyone will be served, it just takes some time, PLUS points on the lovely chocolates and macaroons!!! Worth the pay, Luxury it is and my family loved it!! From the chocolates i loved the pralines and decovuerte. The packaging, their cute bags!! Boxes!! And Christmas collection I bought the advent calendar, The atmosphere is nice except that there are no music, lovely displays and the cleanliness. And the seating area outside tiny but it's okay. Shout out to the staff/sales who is very friendly, approachable and helpful, I don't know their names, I can feel their hardwork in this Job. This place deserves a 5 stars, my experience was above and beyond.

The place was pretty but no there is no seat. It looks like they are famous with the chocolate but we tried the ice cream Mango flavour was so nice🥭 they put the chocolate on the top. It gave crispy texture and went well with mango flavour. Yummy!

Very good taste from Belgium. Tried Kumos with chocalate

Wow the most delicious macarons I’ve ever had. So dreamy!

Love different flavours of eclairs here, they r really good and fresh. I’m just not sure about sales people attitude… can be more relaxed and friendly.
