Our “bean to bar” approach is specific to Maison Pierre Marcolini, and involves perfecting every step of the chocolate-making process, from the planting right through to the creating. This rigorous attention to detail is what lets us produce such unique chocolate.
Maison Pierre Marcolini has nurtured special relationships with each of its producers. Whether they’re in Peru, Vietnam or Brazil, we visit them on-site to join forces in the search for perfection, supporting them in creating premium chocolate in the fairest way possible.
Maison Pierre Marcolini works closely alongside its producers to obtain the purest chocolate with the most authentic flavour, meaning no modern techniques such as GM or hybridisation. Our search for the ultimate chocolate requires total respect for the bean in its most natural form.
In order to make each chocolaty creation a gloriously sensual journey, Maison Pierre Marcolini has set the strictest quality criteria possible for each type of bean and ingredient. Not a single chocolate leaves the workshop without first being tasted by Pierre Marcolini himself.
