Our iconic Frissons join our summer collection – stracciatella style!

A delicious artisan raspberry sorbet, with raspberry sauce and topped with a crisp homemade white chocolate leaf.

Pierre Marcolini’s artisan ice cream makers have created a millefeuille-style stracciatella ice cream: layers of ice cream or sorbet and a covering of Grand Cru chocolate to crack open when eating.

An irresistible sweet indulgence, also available in the following flavours: vanilla, coconut, caramel, hazelnut and chocolate.
