Ambanja region. Type of bean: Trinitario – 72% cocoa. Plantation in the Ambanja region of northwest Madagascar. The Bejofo farm is a family farm which is part of a cocoa-producing estate established in 1920. Ylang ylang, coffee bushes and pepper plants are also grown there. This bar features fresh, fruity and slightly acidic notes and holds its flavour from beginning to end.
