Our iconic Frissons join our summer collection – stracciatella style!

A delicious artisan hazelnut ice cream, with hazelnut sauce and topped with a crisp milk chocolate leaf.

Our ice creams are made from fresh milk from Colyn Farm (Belgian Ardennes) and 100% natural fresh cream from the Fromagerie de Herve and are topped with a crisp chocolate leaf. Pierre Marcolini’s artisan ice cream makers have created a millefeuille-style stracciatella ice cream: layers of ice cream or sorbet and a covering of Grand Cru chocolate to break into when eating.

An irresistible sweet indulgence, also available in the following flavours: vanilla, coconut, caramel, raspberry and chocolate.
