Goodbye chocolate shell – now just the essentials: subtly sweetened fruity chocolate ganache sprinkled with Grand Cru chocolate leaves, set on a Dentelle de Quimper biscuit, and with cocoa nibs and lemon. Six small chocolate squares with 100% natural sparkling colours revealing delicious layers of chocolate.
