The almonds originate from Sicily, and are processed whole in order to preserve their flavour in all its fullness. They are roasted, before being coated with a hazelnut and almond gianduja and dusted with a fine layer of cocoa powder.
Traditionally roasted Sicilian almonds. After caramelisation, they are coated in gianduja, a chocolate made using a cream base. Finally, they are given a fine dusting of cocoa powder.
Notes of dried fruits. Slightly bitter, with hints of coffee once they have been roasted in our workshop.

Cocoa percentage: 72%
Origin of the ingredients: Marcona almonds from Spain. This variety of almond is not at all oily, and is renowned for its delicate flavour and crunchy texture.
